2. What this site is

This site is an independent information resource about Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) bills, tariffs, processes and safety. It provides written guides and browser-based calculators.

4. Calculators and estimates

The calculators on this site model the published structure of a domestic SSGC bill. They run entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is transmitted or stored.

Every result is an estimate. A calculator cannot see your arrears, adjustments, estimated readings, actual monthly heating value, tariff category determination, or rates notified after a page was last reviewed.

The amount printed on your own SSGC bill is authoritative. You agree not to treat any output of this site as a bill, a quotation, a determination of what you owe, or a substitute for the bill issued to you by SSGC.

5. Permitted use

Publicly listed SSGC contact details reproduced on this site — help line numbers, zone office numbers, regional office contacts, office addresses — are factual public information and are reproduced for the convenience of readers. They are not our numbers, and we cannot follow up on anything reported through them.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do not. In summary: we do not ask for your consumer number, we run no accounts, and the calculators never transmit what you type.

13. Corrections

We want the site to be accurate and we act on corrections. If you find an error, write to support@ssgconlinebill.com with the page and the specific detail. Reporting an error does not create any obligation on our part beyond considering it in good faith.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute relating to them or to this site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
